위에 제가 쿠폰 트립한 것을 이해하시기 쉽도록 만들었거든요, 그대로 가서 해보셔요. 참 저같이 지난 주에 받으신 업벅스를 돈대신 쓰시면  주머니에서 나가시는 돈이 적어져요. 저는 $13 (UP Bucks:라이트 에이드 돈)이 있어서 위에 있는 거 사면서 거의 세금만 냈으면 됐어요. 그러구나서 $15.95 만큼의 UP Bucks을 받았으니 돈을 만든 셈이네요.

여기 캘리포니아에서도 저희 지역은 Rite Aid 세일이  매주 금요일날 시작해서 그다음주 목요일날 끝나요. 그래서 다른 주보다 이틀 미리 시작해서 이틀 빨리끝나는 셈.

Rite Aid 시스템이 이 그사이에 또 부분적으로 바뀌었어요. 이제는  사고 나서 받은 가게돈(Up Bucks)을  그다음날 아침 6시까지 기다려야만 쓸수 있어요. 거기다 그업벅스가 프린트돼서 나오는 것이 아니라 카드로 들어가요. 

문제는 그렇게 되면 쿠폰쓰기 전에 캐쉬어(cashier)가 달라는 데로 Wellness 카드를 먼저 주면 업벅스가 산 금액에 맞추어 먼저 빠져나가는 바람에 쿠폰을 가져간 대로 다 쓸 수가 없다는 것이네요. 

전화를 걸어 opt out of the Load2Card feature한다고 하시면 프린트로 다시 업벅스를 프린트아웃해서 받으실 수있고 점원한테 말해서 해달라고 하면 되는데...

그렇게 하실 상황이 안되시면 꼭 물건이랑 쿠폰 먼저 스캔하고 나서 Wellness card를 스캔하셔요.
